Q: Will this class cover both water bath canning and pressure canning?
A: No, this virtual class will just focus on pressure canning. I did a water bath canning class in November that you can purchase the replay and digital guide for that class here.

Q: Do I need to have my own canning supplies to do it with you during the workshop?
A: No, you do not need to have your supplies yet and try to do it with me. You absolutely can but it is not a requirement. You will receive access to the full replay so you can watch it when you are ready to can in your kitchen.

A: Yes! I will be showing you how to can beans in the live class on January 19, 2025.

Q: Should I take this class if I do not know how to can at all?
A: Yes, you can take this class as your first canning class, but typically I recommend water bath canning as a first introduction to canning because it simpler and the cost of the equipment is less expensive. But, I will go over canning basics at the beginning of this class.
